The Eyes of AI is a graduation project that focusses on the increasing integration of Artificial Intelligence in Camera Surveillance and questions whether AI is capable of performing visual analyses that can match or even surpass human perception.
The conclusion of this research is a series of frame-by-frame animations, derived from livestream surveillance footage and various AI tools to filter images. The animations make the invisible presence of surveillance visible, It challenges the viewer to reconsider the ethical and social implications of technology and surveillance and raises the question: who else is watching along?
